PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Credit card is currently the only 0nline payment method we can accept on our website. If you wish to pay using  PayPal, Personal check or a different method please contact us and we can send you an invoice to pay directly. We begin making your custom-made prop/s after payment is received. Most products are made to order, so they are never in stock. Please allow  2-3 weeks for shipping depending on other customer orders, product demands and time of year. If you need an item more quickley please contact us before ordering. Very large orders may take longer and we will inform you via email of any delays of more than 30 days. Most orders are shipped USPS with insurance and tracking but some items are too large and may be shipped using other carriers. Our website uses a generic shipping calculator so you are welcome to contact us with a list of items you want along with your shipping address and we will provide you with an exact shipping quote. (Contact us) Larger orders may benefit from shipping via Truck Freight. Please contact us prior to making any orders over $1000.00 to best determine shipping cost and time.

 

Shipping is based on size more so than weight and the way we have to package them due to careless handling of the shipping companies. Some packages are over 4 feet long. Some items packaged have to be reinforced with wood to ensure its safe arrival to our customers. We also provide shipping insurance on everything shipped. The website uses a generic calculator to determine shipping cost but we would have no problem providing you with an exact quote if you let us know what items you want and your shipping address.
