All sales are final... Keep in mind all our props are custom-built and may have slight casting and paint variations from the pictures shown. If you have any issues with any of our props or merchandise, please contact us so we can  work to resolve any problems. All items are hand-made and hand-finished. Because of this, your item will have its own unique touch and may vary slightly from the pictures seen on this site. We also remake or redesign molds and make occasional improvements on products from time to time so this may also play a factor in the final look of the props you order.
